MacWhirter provides refrigeration, HVAC and Energy solutions to business’s throughout the UK. Their clients range from Marks & Spencer, Radisson Hotels as well as Local Authorites and Residential buildings. Established in 1882 MacWhirter have been pioneers of their industry ensuring that they remain at the cutting edge of their industry.
Ummo design were approached by MacWhirter to build a new website, acting as a brochure to showcase some of services and case studies undertaken by the company. We were also asked to develop an easy to use system that would allow them to take the ‘MacWhirter Technical’ publication digital so that readers could view these monthly articles online on various devices. Using Wordpress as a CMS we built a custom website that was simple and easy to use for both the client and the user.
With such a dramatic change from the original design, the new site has been built with flexibility in mind so that new pages, articles , services and case studies can be added with ease as more time becomes available to dedicate to the site.
